Delhi University (DU) has launched an on-the-spot mop-up admission round in physical mode today (September 23, 2025) to fill around 7,000-7,500 undergraduate seats that remain vacant despite previous admission cycles.

This mop-up round is based on Class 12 board exam marks alone; CUET scores will not be used for this round.

Registration window ran from 5:00 PM on September 17 to 11:59 PM on September 19, 2025. Applicants who are already registered on the CSAS(UG)-2025 portal but didn’t get admission earlier, or fresh applicants who did not register earlier, are eligible.

Physical attendance is mandatory: invited candidates must report in person with the invitation letter, Class X and Class XII mark sheets/certificates, valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport etc.), category/reservation certificate (if applicable), and any other required documents.

Admission offer is final upon seat allotment, and the fee must be paid online immediately at the time of allotment. Failing that will lead to cancellation of the seat. No upgrades or withdrawals will be allowed after allotment.

Candidates are advised to check their email for the invitation letter which will indicate reporting date/time/venue. Only the candidate plus up to two guardians will be permitted entry. No representatives allowed.
